Due to the nature of vintage and secondhand items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each piece is unique and sold as-is.

ORDER PROBLEMS
If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or an incorrect item received), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into it.

When reaching out, include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos, if applicable
We will do our best to resolve any genuine issues on a case-by-case basis.
